Where to begin.. I began studying psychology in high school and have continued to explore the connection between psychology, leadership and business. I’ve worked in banking, public education, manufacturing, hospitality, and food industries, which have all taught me the importance of quality leadership and its impact on the bottom line.
My passion is helping leaders in small and medium sized businesses grow into great leaders that inspire and empower others around them. Whether you are a business owner, mid-level/frontline manager, or an emerging leader, I am here to help you.

I ran the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon. Wine at the finish line was very motivating.
I was voted Class Clown in both middle AND high school. My mom was so proud.
My 2 dogs are the cutest in the world… fully biased opinion.
I wanted to be a sports psychologist after college and infuse elements from this field into my coaching approach.
Track & Field is my sport of choice.
I am a graduate of Central Washington University. Go Wildcats!
Some people call me “Shades” as I own a lot of sunglasses.
I love dancing and singing.
Christmas is all year-round in my heart.
