Who is Leading with Skillz?

I’m Megan Skillman and I coach leaders in small business looking to grow in their leadership and achieve greater success in business and life.

Over the last 20 years, I have built a career that blends my passions for psychology, business, leadership, and education in a way that has given me the opportunity to teach other leaders how to build better relationships, improve performance, clarify communication and do all of this while having FUN!
